Ing. Lada Kuncová

Managing Director and Builder

"Complications always arise in construction. However, those who are prepared can easily deal with them."

She studied civil engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. She began her professional career in 2007, working for a construction company. She later transitioned to the field of development. She takes pride in every completed project she has been a part of. She considers the proper initial preparation as the most challenging part of every project. In the future, she would like to undertake the reconstruction of a First Republic villa, including its garden.

Ing. Martin Louda

Partner and Structural Engineer

He has been working in the field for over 20 years, starting from his studies in structural engineering at the Czech Technical University. His greatest achievement so far is the construction of a multifunctional complex consisting of 600 apartments and 8,000 m² of commercial space in Prague 10. The biggest challenge for him was building a perfect home for his own parents, which had to be completed in just 6 months. One day, he would like to build a modern villa designed by one of the world's architects.

Ing. Jitka Princová

She studied at the Czech Technical University and has been involved in construction for over 17 years. She gained experience as a project manager in a development company and later worked as a site manager. The most enjoyable aspect of her work is seeing the construction progress from beginning to end. She has not encountered a challenge that she couldn't handle so far. Within the industry, she sees it as an art to be able to build real IGLOOs.

Ing. Jana Slívová

She obtained her education at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and the Technical University of Ostrava. She has been working in the field since 2015 and has experience in construction project planning, preparation, and management. She is passionate about the reconstruction of buildings from the first half of the 20th century, where modern technologies blend with the beauty of the original structure. She is proud of the reconstruction of a primary school in Chomutov and the construction of a Chalet in the Krkonoše Mountains. Her goal is to build a private resort in Bali.

Veronika Holčáková

Marketing Manager

She graduated from the Graphic College at Hellichova in Prague. She came into contact with construction while working for a developer. She fell in love with it because she has always been a fan of architecture and urbanism. At MURA, she is responsible for communication and marketing. She would like to acquire a client for MURA whose project and construction are truly valuable in the context of modern architecture.

Leoš Jakubše

Cost Estimator / Preparer

"I enjoy observing the process as the construction evolves every day."

He gained knowledge in the field through studying Management and Economics in Construction at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at CTU. At MURA, he prepares budgets for new projects and then deals with the preparation of construction implementation. Adhering to all pre-defined plans and schedules is a significant challenge in the dynamic and ever-changing field of construction. In the future, he would like to oversee the construction of large residential projects.

He excels in handling unconventional spaces and non-standard requirements. He is a master in his field and has an exceptional understanding of wood. With over 25 years of experience, he has created hundreds of custom interiors. According to the client's wishes, he crafts custom furniture, including kitchens with tables and chairs, as well as complete room furnishings including floors, doors, and frames. He enjoys collaborating with interior designers and working directly with clients.
