Process in a few steps

First, there will be a personal meeting and consultation with our project manager. Based on your requirements, we will prepare a price offer - calculation.

If you have project documentation and a bill of quantities, the calculation will also be based on these documents.

If you don't have project documentation but it is necessary for our work (especially for larger reconstructions), our designer will prepare it for you after prior agreement.

We will approve the budget for the reconstruction and a work schedule, and our cooperation will be contractually regulated.

Our site manager will oversee your reconstruction from start to finish and ensure the delivery of a completed and flawless work.

We will keep you informed about the progress of the work so that you have an overview of what is currently happening and how the work is progressing.

We provide a warranty for our work, which lasts for 24 months from the completion of the work.
