There are cases when it is necessary to temporarily restrict or prevent access to public space or roads (sidewalk, street, etc.), for example, if heavy machinery needs to be placed near a building due to construction work or if an elevator or debris container needs to be installed. In such situations, it is necessary to arrange and pay for the occupation. The fee is calculated per square meter per day, up to 10 CZK.
Permission for occupation needs to be requested from the respective municipality where the public space is located.
