We are delighted and honored to have been chosen as the general contractor for the construction works of the Kutnohorské Zahrady development project.

Alongside our excitement, we are aware of the significant commitment and responsibility.

In the peaceful part of Kutná Hora, in Malín, a total of 22 terraced houses are currently being built.

The entire project places great emphasis on ecology and the cost-effectiveness of the buildings. Future owners can look forward to various features such as photovoltaics, heat pumps, and electric vehicle charging sockets, among others.

The foundation slabs have been completed, and we are now beginning with the brickwork. The rough construction is expected to be finished by March 2023, and we plan to have the final approval by the end of next year.
