We start after signing the order
Demolition work and preparation for reconstruction: Days 1-3
During the first few days, the focus will primarily be on preparing for the reconstruction. Expect demolition work, such as removing door frames and thresholds, dismantling flooring and tiles, scraping paint, removing kitchen, bathroom, and toilet cladding, as well as other fixtures in the apartment. We will dispose of and manage the waste generated from the demolition work and prepare for the following days when construction work awaits us.
Construction work: Days 4-5
The fourth and fifth day is dedicated to basic construction work, including partition foundations and the construction of new walls.
Installation of new installations: Days 6-8
After about a week, the installation of new electrical wiring takes place. Additionally, we groove the walls for new water and sewage installations. We gradually prepare the ventilation system and connect it to the main supply in the apartment.
Plastering and floor preparation: Days 9-11
Now is the time for plastering and leveling the floors. In the bathroom, a hydro-insulation layer is commonly applied during this stage to protect the floor from moisture.
Tiles and painting: Days 12-14
We have completed the basic construction work, everything is drying, and we can now proceed with the installation of new finishing materials. We install new tiles in the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, and breathe new life into the living spaces with a fresh coat of paint.
Flooring and tiling: Days 15-16
We lay new flooring and tiles throughout the entire apartment, providing a pleasant walking experience.
Doors and frames: Days 17-18
Time is not wasted, and everything is progressing smoothly. It's time for door and frame installation. We install finishing elements, attach skirting boards, and seal joints to ensure everything is perfect.
Cleaning the apartment and inspecting the completed work: Day 19
We thoroughly clean the entire apartment while meticulously inspecting the quality of the completed work. We address minor defects and prepare the apartment for move-in, ensuring your utmost satisfaction.
Official handover of the project: Day 20
Everything is meticulously prepared, and the move-in process can begin. We hand over the completed apartment to you, including the handover protocol, ensuring your satisfaction and our sense of accomplishment for the work delivered.
