A comprehensive renovation was needed for both the interior and exterior of an apartment building in Břevnov. In the entrance hall, there was a complete replacement of electrical wiring and flooring. The walls and ceiling were repaired, and the entire area was freshly painted.
On each floor, the original paint was removed, the plaster was repaired, suspended ceilings were installed, and everything was repainted. The staircase was repaired, and new handrails were installed.
The access pathway also underwent revitalization, with the original damaged asphalt being replaced with paving stones.
