Construction of 22 Eco-Friendly Family Houses

In a peaceful location in Malín, Kutná Hora, we are building 22 brick terraced houses. The investor emphasizes ecology and low operating costs for the new homeowners. Therefore, the houses will be equipped with modern technologies such as photovoltaics, heat pumps, heat recovery units, and underfloor heating. Quality insulation and triple-glazed windows are a matter of course. The houses, ranging from 100 to 120 square meters, will have private parking with electric vehicle charging, a terrace, and a garden. The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
