Renovation of a 3-room Apartment

An apartment in a panel building has undergone a complete renovation and layout change. To connect the living room and kitchen, a partition wall was removed. All rooms have had their floor coverings replaced. The original utility core was demolished, and a new bathroom was installed with new tiles, fixtures, and lighting. The electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were replaced. Gypsum plasterboard was chosen for the new partitions. We provided turnkey services for the apartment owner, including room painting, suspended ceiling installation, tile laying, and door and light fixture installation.
