The duplex apartment on the top floor of a newly built residential building features a spacious living area with a kitchen. The investor wanted to integrate the kitchen with the wall coverings and door frames, resulting in a visual monolith that conceals a bathroom and toilet on one side and storage spaces, a refrigerator with a freezer, and an oven in the kitchen area. The overall design exudes compactness and minimalism.
