Basic reconstruction of a rental apartment

Each reconstruction is individual and varies in scope, equipment standard, and technical solutions. Reconstructions of rental apartments are usually of smaller scale. In the case of the rental apartment in the House U Hasičů, the investor approached us with the need to renovate an almost 100 m2 apartment that became available after decades of use.

The apartment is located in a functionalist palace built in the 1920s. Therefore, the reconstruction required some major interventions, such as a complete replacement of electrical wiring, drainage systems, and plumbing. The bathroom received a completely new appearance, where the bathtub was replaced with a shower cubicle for better space utilization. Both the bathroom and the toilet were equipped with new tiles.

We also paid great attention to repairing and repainting the walls. In several places, the plaster had to be completely removed, and the corners in the rooms were severely damaged. We repaired everything, and in the end, the rooms received a fresh coat of paint. Except for the kitchen, the original wooden parquet flooring was present in all rooms, which needed revitalization. The apartment underwent significant improvements and increased in value.
