Attic Renovation

From a traditional attic space that had been used for storing seasonal equipment for years, a spacious bedroom with an open bathroom emerged after meticulous renovation. The wooden roof trusses were in excellent condition, so they were professionally treated and preserved. The original wooden flooring had to be removed and replaced with new flooring. To enhance thermal comfort, the roof was insulated and ducts for air conditioning were installed. Then, the ceiling was clad with wooden slats. Following the investor's instructions, new partitions were constructed in the rooms. The walls were plastered, plastered, and painted. New electrical wiring, plumbing, and sewage systems were installed. Sanitary fixtures were installed in the bathroom area and toilet. Flooring and tiling were laid. After the attic renovation, a spacious and airy space ideal for relaxation was created.
